Which textbook of internal medicine has an comprehensive approach integrating physiology, pathophysiology and internal medicine.
I am looking for the textbook that is primarily of internal medicine but also has basic sciences that underpin each system(cardiovascular,respiratory,endocrine...).
I am bored of learning from clinical books and then having to make cross-references in other books(books of basic sciences).
Is there an internal medical textbook that has it all and is easy to read?
    What would you recommend?

    --Thanx to all suggestionS!--

What do you think about 'Medicine' by Axford, Blackwell publishing?
    And 'Davidson's internal medicine'?
