residency in uk

    Hello everyone!
    I'm a 5th medical student in Nigeria. I want to do my residency in orthopaedic surgery in the uk after my MBBS. Pls I need your advice;what exams I'm I going to write,what are the prerequisites..............
    Pls enlighten me.

    You don't do residency per se, you would do FY1 and FY2 before then applying to ST. Goto the NHS careers, and GMC websites if you're unsure about the process.

    Edit- Also, you'll have to do exams to practice in the UK.

    You need to do FY1 and FY2 first after that you can apply to ST.
