    Hello,

I'm a Grade 11 student in Ontario, Canada not currently enrolled in any enrichment program who is anxiously wondering about his overall chances of getting into medicine programs in the UK.

As of now, my grades are as follows:

    Introduction to Social Sciences: 94%
    Biology: 82%
    Chemistry: 72%
    Spare

I totally messed up in chemistry this semester, and am planning on retaking it in the summer. I only have around 40 hours of volunteering, none of which are related to medicine.

I've resolved to pick up the slack and to put in as much effort as I possibly can, and have recently been scoring in the high 90s in chemistry. If I patch up my extracurriculars and improve my grades for next semester is there any hope that I will be considered/competitive?

I'm very sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong section, I've just been nervously fretting if I've blundered all my chances these past few days.

Please completely disregard this, after reading through the forums I can see that I'm completely below the standard that an applicant has to be to even be considered.
